weapons of mass destruction should not get into hostile hands
certain countries use weapons of mass destruction as a deterant to war, while some countries use weapons of mass destruction to threaten war. If these weapons of mass destruction get into the wrong hands of say extremists with an agenda, it is the duty of the world to take the weapons of mass destruction out of their hands.
United states of America and the tiny state of Israel have weapons of mass destruction to protect themselves. When the soviet union broke apart, all the weapons of mass destruction in the former soviet union became vulnerable to theft. We no longer know who owns what.
Weapons of mass destruction stolen include: chemical and biological weapons, nuclear materials, and certain hardware like parts and electronics.
Lord of War and other movies portrayed the high value in theft and the desire for countries to aqquire weapons of mass destruction, even at the cost of the lives of their own people.

Why does my dog stink like a dirty old rag !?
I have a miniature pincher of 8 months. He has a voracious appetite and gobbles food like a hungry monster.
Problem with this dog is he smells. No bathing or any shampoo can mask the smell. He would be all fine and suddenly would emit a very strong musty smell and we would suffocate.The room where the dog is often unbearably smelly. Other than using him as an weapon for biological warfare , I have tried every thing possible, changing food, giving digestive enzymes and all. I wonder if he has skin problem for some dandruff is noticed. An no – the anal gland are OK.
Pleas help me to so that I do not have to change his name to STINKY !
he could have some type of skin infection or anal gland leakage. other possibilities are ear infection or oral infection. best thing to do is take him to the vet

It bodes the US well to partner w/India. Although english is not the mother tongue, East Indians do speak english; hey have a free country, a democratic society. They are a peaceful people. They well understand terrorism.
I have connections in Iraq that tell of all sorts of stuff uncovered- contraband sold by Russia, France and Germany that was forbidden after the Gulf 1 war for starters. With 90 days of warnings that there was pending action for non-compliance, they had more than enough time to move or hide anything, and did- only fools would believe otherwise.
Our mass media has lost sight of its true mission: to report the truth, not sensationalized news just to sell newspapers or magazines. They report only what they preceive will sell. People thrive on negative news, that is what they report. Further, individual reporters have their own agenda and therefore fail to advance a non-biased report, but heavily tainted and slanted to their own views, with little to no objectivity at all.
Had action been taken in the mid to late 1990's as the report clearly showed, we would have been spared a 9/11 5 yrs ago. Had the report recommendations been followed since, we'd have stopped illegal aliens crossing our boarders years ago. There is nothing prejudiced about being against law breakers. We are a countyr of law. Americans live by and under laws that are designed to promote and protect the society we have today. We typically prosecute lawbreakers in this country when caught and convicted- regardless of who they are or any of the other things some pundits want to make issues of. And conservatives are not off the hook either. There is blame enough to go around, just not room to do it here in fairness to the questioner.
India needs to be embraced as a partner in trade, arms, and friendship. I have many legal immigrant friends of East Indian decent, all fine hard working and good business people. They came here legally, understood the need ot conduct business in english and have done well. They took classes to help better their english adn paid for the classes themselves, no government handouts. They pay their taxes. A free. strong India is an asset to the US and the world at large.
