certain countries use weapons of mass destruction as a deterant to war, while some countries use weapons of mass destruction to threaten war. If these weapons of mass destruction get into the wrong hands of say extremists with an agenda, it is the duty of the world to take the weapons of mass destruction out of their hands.
United states of America and the tiny state of Israel have weapons of mass destruction to protect themselves. When the soviet union broke apart, all the weapons of mass destruction in the former soviet union became vulnerable to theft. We no longer know who owns what.
weapons of mass destruction stolen include: chemical and biological weapons, nuclear materials, and certain hardware like parts and electronics.
Lord of War and other movies portrayed the high value in theft and the desire for countries to aqquire weapons of mass destruction, even at the cost of the lives of their own people.
Obtaining a biological mask may be futile if everything is contaminated for hundreds of years with nuclear material. If its chemical warfare, you may have a chance.

My dogs is getting white hairs around her eyes?
I was just kind of curious as to why. She’s a black and white Papillion, she’s not very old at all, she just turned 6. However in the past three years I noticed she gets little white hairs around her eyes in the black part of her "mask". Is this her coat changing? She used to be almost solid white too and she has gotten tons of spots and freckles all over her since she’s grown up. Her sister (biological too) is turning 7 in a week and she has turned more chestnut as she’s gotten older, but none of the little white hairs…
So she’s aging young?
Its just the aging and the coat changing colors. No 6 is not old, but our Min Pin started turning grey around his muzzle at this age. Some dogs coats change colors for long periods of time and some show signs of aging early on. Just dependent upon the dog, breed, and coat color.
Additional: I guess you could sort of look at it like that. It’s no different then men you see that loose their hair at the age of 21, and women who go grey at the age of 25. Sometime it just happens and its nothing to be concerned about

Which movie is this – what’s the title?
The story happens in London – the streets of the city are deserted, because there has been some sort of biological warfare or disease and there are military or some kind of special forces with gas masks trying to protect the city.
The movie is probably around 5 years old – I don’t know, can be older or newer. I remember that they said it was filmed in London in the early morning hours, because they needed the shots of the abandoned streets.
Does anyone know the title of this movie?
